Acceptance and eligibility
By using the public site, joining the waitlist, requesting custom automation contact, or using future browser workspace features, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Disclaimer.
JARO BOT is intended for adults and authorized business users. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Service scope and delivery model
JARO BOT currently presents JARO SENTINEL CLI as the primary public product lane and custom automation as a service lane. Future cloud and team features may expand the hosted browser surface over time.
JARO SENTINEL CLI is delivered as a downloadable software binary. Cloud features are delivered as a web-based service. No physical goods are shipped.
License and product posture
Where stated on the public trust surface, JARO SENTINEL materials are offered as Source Available under BSL 1.1. This is not an open-source grant and must not be described as open source without qualification.
Optional BYOK features do not transfer responsibility for model-provider terms, key security, or output review away from the operator.
Beta, waitlist, and billing posture
Paid plans are not yet active on the public browser shell. Waitlist registration and trust-surface browsing do not create a paid subscription. Before billing begins, JARO BOT must publish live pricing, checkout disclosures, and cancellation logic aligned with the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Abuse, credential sharing, attempts to bypass rate limits or safety controls, unlawful use, or misuse of outputs as authoritative advice may lead to suspension, termination, or refusal of service.
AI limitation and liability posture
JARO BOT is provided on an as-available basis. AI outputs may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Material policy changes will be communicated through the product or linked trust surface before they become effective where required.
